Event summary:

Location: The Lord's Gym

Activities: Playing basketball, walking on treadmills, and lifting weights.

Comments:
We run a community activity center, which is mainly focused on the youth, and one of our regulars asked the following, "This is great! Are you going to do this every Sunday?"

"The Cooperative Extension Service is ideally positioned to facilitate a project like Second Sunday that requires grassroots organization at the county level combined with statewide coordination. I am delighted that we are a key leader of this partnership that is so visibly promoting health and wellness for the Commonwealth."
