Location: Downtown Warsaw and Riverfront Park

Activities included: Walking in the parade, Inflatable fun, Pumpkin Catapult, Lots of contests and Movie-on-the-River.

Event summary:
US 42, US 35, and Smith Avenue were closed for approximately three hours for a parade and then a festival at the park.
