Location: Main Street, Grayson KY

Activities included: "Get Fit Walk", Health Screenings, Obstacle Course, Zumba, Kids Games, Corn Hole Tournament, and information booths from Health Department and Extension Service .

Event summary:

Roads Closed: Main Street, Landsdowne, and Pomeroy.

Activities: Walking, biking, kids obstacle course, corn hole, and zumba.

Comments:
Carter County's Second Sunday was a success. Community members, came to walk, zumba, corn hole, and play. The most common question I was asked that day was "When are we going to do this again?

"The Cooperative Extension Service is ideally positioned to facilitate a project like 2nd Sunday that requires grassroots organization at the county level combined with statewide coordination. I am delighted that we are a key leader of this partnership that is so visibly promoting health and wellness for the Commonwealth."
